Chris Frye Elite Functional Training offers one hour, one on one personal training sessions. Your personal coach will come to your home, gym or office and design a workout program specifically for you. Work outs are one on one or you can invite your friends and work out as a group. Our trainers all have nationally accredited certification and work with children and adults of all fitness levels.
