Any given day typically finds Anthony on the run… running the Day Break studio, running a marathon, running around with his family…

Proud of his Carolina roots, Anthony received a BA from Clemson University, Language and International Trade, and an MBA from Wake Forest University.  That pride extends to service with the US Marine Corps Reserves from 1992-1998.  As a marathoner and an accomplished triathlete, Anthony realized early on how important a healthy life balance can be.  And with Day Break, he lives the commitment to help others achieve that balance through massage, pain management, and relaxation.  Anthony specializes in Neuromuscular Therapy, Sports, and Pregnancy massage, and always remains focused on helping his clients reach and maintain a stress free lifestyle.  Married for 12 years, Anthony and his wife Susan happily share the duties of running after their lively young Jamie.
