AC/BC Athletic Conditioning Boot Camp is for all ages and condition levels. Our class structure is based on simple but effective fundamental athletic movement patterns executed at high intensity levels called functional training. These workouts deliver time tested measurable health and fitness improvements. Functional Training delivers the most effective broad based fitness results in the most efficient manner possible. We are all athletes in different stages. Our bodies want to be pushed and challenged. Functional training is hard but not impossible. You CAN succeed but only if you try.
